Refund policy

Returns
If your item(s) turn up faulty or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt.
Please note: returns cannot be accepted if the goods have been torn, damaged or tampered with. We ask you to take care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that you may inspect the goods but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained.

Please fill out the contact form on our website or email care@proper.co.uk to organise your refund. All items should be returned in their original packaging with any attached documentation, tags and a completed returns form. Once we have received the item(s) back and they have been checked in we will issue you with a refund or exchange. Refunds can take up to 5 working days.

**Please note: if you are shipping an item over £30 we would recommend using a trackable shipping service. If a non-tracked service is used and we do not receive your parcel back we will not be able to provide you with a refund. Additionally if a non-faulty product is returned the customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs. If a refund is received the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.**

Warranty
In the event that a ProperAV product develops a fault our customers are covered by a 2 year warranty period.
